dr sample and dr rythmn?

hey folks,

any way to synch the loops from a dr sample sample with the grooves from a dr rythmn 770? i have a dr sample and love it, but i want to add a drum macine but i really need the two to sycnh. from the manual on the dr sample, i don't think it can be done and it only has midi in. please tell me i'm wrong! if i'm not, am i gonna have to step up to the groove sampler sp-808 to do this?

I USE THE SAME SHIT, I JUST MAKE SURE THE DRUM MACHINE AND SAMPLER ARE ON THE SAME TEMPO. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO EDIT THE SAMPLE ON THE DR SAMPLE A BIT, BUT THAT USUALLY WORKS FINE FOR ME. PLUS, MIDI MIGHT WORK, I HAVEN'T TRIED IT YET, SO WHO KNOWS.
