I have had this dp32 for almost a year, and just got around to using it, plugged my yamaha motif keyboard into input A, recorded on track 1 with no problem, recorded a bass part with my guitar in H on track 2, no problem, recorded a vocal from input B to track 3, no problem. I tried to record on track 4 from input A (I wanted to add some organ from my synth to track 4, from input A) The sound was a not correct and loaded with echo. Is it not possible to use my synth on track 4 from input A, or am I doing something wrong? Got me stumped. Thanks

you can use any input on any track, just remember the assignments, for instance, if you have input A assigned to track 1, then want to use input A for track 4, you have to un-assign the input to track 1, you can also have multiple assignments. not sure, but when you recorded the 1st track from A did you have any effects on it? you may want to check the FX settings for track 4 to make sure nothing there is nothing on it. try using the default assignments and use input D for track 4. for the 1st 8 tracks I always just went down the line until I needed track 9, it was just easier for me. :D

First off, I'd run your keyboard into a pair of stereo tracks to get the full sound of the instrument (it's intended to be stereo). Did you check the mixer to see if any FX were active on track 4? That would be my first guess.
