No. Completely different file formats. The DP-24 writes to WAV, while the 03 has a proprietary compressed format, and the SD cards themselves are formatted differently. All is not lost though. You can use the dp03 to EXPORT your tracks as WAVs, move to your computer, then import the WAVs to your DP24. PITA, yes, but it will work.
When you're done with the DP03, you can reformat that SD in the DP24.
