downloading user bank into S4+ module. HELP!!

allright. i've changed my friggin' lithium battery. i bought myself a "joystick to midi"
cable and hooked it up to my soundblaster card and to my S4+ module. i "attempted"
to download "FreeLoader" from the Alesis site. i think it worked. i ran a "midi" test and
my computer is communicating with my synth module. NOW,...i can't figure out how
to DOWNLOAD the user bank for my S4+ and LOAD it into the module. i have NO
experience with computer-midi applications of any kind. i'm just kinda pokin' around
here. if ANYONE can help,..please chime it. cheers.

SUCCESSFUL DOWNLOAD!! S4+ now fully operational again. i had called Alesis Tech
Support (nice folks,..alot nicer than i remember them being. ALSO....if you ever need
to contact Alesis, do it AS SOON AS THEY OPEN---8:00 PST. usually you can get right through. if you call in the afternoon,..GOOD LUCK!) and some fella walked me through it. turns out i wasn't as dumb as i thought. i just "missed" as step. at any rate, the whole "battery change/user bank download" only cost me a $2.50 lithium battery and a $19.99 joystick-to-midi-cable (which i needed anyway). familiarized myself with a thing or two in the process. lookout ProTools/Gigasampler here i come. hehe.
