I'm looking to buy another Double Bass pedal. Right now, I have a pearl and it's already pooping out on me. I do not have too much money, so I can not afford a DW or Iron Cobra. Any suggestions? My budget is about 100-150 MAYBE 200.

Save up for the Iron Cobra. Anything cheaper is just more junk. You could try to fix the Pearl.

Right now, I play a Tama Powerglide and while it's not the best pedal out there It's proven to be durable and very versatile in that you can have the action exactly where you need it. Decent cams and both pedals have floor plates. The only thing is that they are a single chain driven design. So they are not AS durable as you could expect and a tad loose sometimes. However a good choice for an intermediate drummer (I'm no Peart) and can be had on ebay for about 150 maybe less.

DW has a entry level double for about $160 4003P or something like that.

get a slightly used one somewhere. i paid $89 for my DW at guitar center. i think it was mismarked. but oh well.

I use axis long boards, shaft driven with bearings at every joint,

Im selling my Iron Cobras that are in really great condition for $215 right now, thats with case any everything.

The double chain iron cobras are the best in my opinion. They feel the most durable to me, and they're cheaper than the DW and Axis pedals

nah... 4002... it sucks. i got it because i dont play double bass but wanted to give it a whirl for a track. get some eliminators!

You should also check ut the Gibralter pedals. There actually really
good, I have one myself and I haven't had a problem with it, nice solid
pedal.

Iron Cobras Are where its at my drummer has one it cost him somewhere around 700 i think. At any rate its a very fluid pedal one of the best ive seen :)

I broke the Gibraltar clean off at the pedal axis joint - unrepairable. I went to DW and didn't like the plastic. I moved to the IC and have never looked back.

I agree with branded and bentrabbit... my gibraltar double chain has lasted 3 years now, with lots of abuse and 3 different drummers playing it....
