Blue Bear Sound New member Aug 23, 2001 #2 If you have a sweepable frequency control, but no bandwidth (Q) control, then you have a semi-parametric EQ and the bandwidth is fixed. If you have both sweep and Q controls - it is a full parametric EQ, and the bandwidth (Q) is, well... variable! Bruce
