If I set the EQ on a 424, will those EQ settings go to tape, or does the tape record at flat EQ no matter what? I know it should be obvious, but I couldn't tell when I tested it. Thanks for your help.
Does Portastudio 424 record your EQ settings?

Yes,
The EQ prints to tape when tracking from it's inputs which have the EQ in the signal path.
