Does Mbox have phantom power?

Yes, but be careful if you plan on running it off a laptop. I had some issues with my Dell Latitude not supplying the necessary voltage/current via the USB to charge up the phantom power up when a mic was attached. I had to run a powered USB hub (with nothing else on it) to get around this problem. It's not an Mbox issue, it applies to any mobile pre that gets it's power off the USB cable.
 
Are The Pres Better In The Mbox Or The Maudio New Interface?
