Does Delta 1010 Has Mike Preamp ?

Hi evryone ,
This may sound stupp,but i just need to know little more info on the 1010 again .
1- Does the delta 1010 has mike preamp. with it ?
2- And where is the best place to get it for less $$$$$$$
3- Is it woth it to get the vegas bundle with it (i have cubase vst 24 3.7r2)

3. Generally I have seen it for the same price or less bundled with Vegas. If so, Vegas comes free, so go for it!
