does anyone know a web page where i cand ownload sounds to add to songs....doors closing..gunshots...etc etc....also, manning i got another question in that other thread i created a while back...peace

the best bet is to search under google for "sound effects".
you can also buy a slew of top notch sound effects CD's. just use google.
on the other post - i'm sorry - but i do have a life with my family outside recording. sometimes i cant answer people quickly.
in this bbs format i cant go into pages explaining all cools features.
it would just be too long. i also assume people have learnt the navigation of cools various menus. the other reason is you should develope your own production style based on spending lots of time with cool and experimenting.
laying down tracks and trying all the myriad effects and other params
you can set in cool. there are just too many things for me to cover in a short space on a bbs.

You might try checking out your local library . MY local library has lots of SOUND FX on CD.
