Does anyone know what amp settings Billie Joe Armstrong used for 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours??

I like his unique tone for 39/Smooth, and I can't seem to get the right tone on my Peavey VYPYR X1. I use a Squier Stratocaster with a Seymour Duncan JB Jr. Here are some examples of the tone I'm chasing.
