do software synths have headroom?

do software synths such as hypersonic or sonic synth have headroom? also how do u get software synths to 24 bit? is that possible or are they already at 16 bit? or how do i get them to 24 bit in fl studio

You can record the soft synth in 24-bit. If it's a sample-based instrument then you should record it in whatever the bit depth of the samples are. Wouldn't hurt to record them in 24-bit anyway if the rest of your project is.

I don't know what you mean by 'soft synths having headroom'...

i'm using fl studio tho so how do i do that.
