Do PA9 and Win2K pro agree?

Got a new PC to go along with the Delta 1010LT I just ordered. The PC is an AMD AthlonXP 1800+ with 512meg of DDR. I was running win98se on the old machine and was going to continue with it but I have read that win98 doesnt like memory over 256meg. Is there any truth to that, and if so, how would ProAudio9 get along with win2k pro?

Yes, you should have no problems with it... But there's no guarantee. ;)

I've never heard that before, and don't believe it's true.

As for running PA9 on Win2K, Cakewalk does not support PA9 on that platform. However, several people have posted that they are running it on Win2K without any problems. Therefore, you are kind of on your own. If it doesn't work, Cakewalk won't help, since they'll just tell you it's not supported.
