Do I still need a preamp... ? detail inside... plz help !

Wait... you're using 2 mics at once?
 
yeah... i record them on 2 seperate track in Sonar... at first i tried with 1 mic ... i wasn't happy with the sound so I add an another mic and it was a bit better...

Start with one microphone per performance, and record 4 performances: two on each side, preferably with either two different amps, or mics, or mic placements, or cabs, etc. to vary it a bit.

example:

Track 1: mic position one, panned left 65%
Track 2: mic position two, panned left 90%
Track 3: mic position one, panned right 65%
Track 4: mic position two, panned right 90%

Try it out & see how you like it!
