...use a mono quarter inch cable? I just picked up a used fender stage 100 head and not only didn't come with a footswitch cable, but the channels cut in and out. Might need a new input plug. Anyway if anyone knows i'd appreciate it. It has 3 selections , channel select gain select and reverb.

Only know about a few Fenders:

Vintage tube Fenders have two RCA plugs for footswitch connection.

Newer Deluxe 112 has a mono plug that controls channel switching and reverb. (How do they DO that?)
