I have been looking around for a new preamp or a new pair of preamps. I am now using a behringer board (mx2004) and I am looking for an update. The focusrite platinium doesn't look too bad, but 210$ (canadian), it seems hard to beet the dmp3, the focurite is 700$!
I would like to know, for a 400-500$ (canadian) so about 300-375 US, what kind of preamp should I get? I am using an maudio delta1010lt card. I want a new pre that will give me definitively a better sound then the behringer.
