I am now the proud owner of a new DM-24 from Mars going out of business. What a good thing, a store I don't like sells me stuff at no profit. I like it. Anyway, I didn't get a manual, just a cdrom, does this thing normally come with manuals? I haven't really gotten into the nuts and bolts of any of it yet.
My main question has to do with TDIF stuff. I have a MOTU 2408mkII which has three TDIF i/o banks. I want to use TDIF on two banks and ADAT on 1 bank. Any clues on how to do this? I think I need a clock, or at least some wordclock sync. Iam not sure I have that capability, nor do I have the extra money to spend on that right now. I did get one BNC word clock cable also.
Anyway, I guess I am curious about how to get the most out of the digital connections on the mixer to the MOTU.
