DM-24 or 2408MKIII as word master?

DM-24 or 2408MKIII as word master?

I was wondering which would have the better word clock or if it would make no difference at all?

If you have both units, then the thing to do is try each as the master and see if it makes a difference. I'm really not sure which I'd use, probably the MOTU just for ease of use.
