DIY Bass Trap plans. A cheap fix. No foam!

In looking up the cost of the Owens-Corning 703 panels (Home Depot $.92 per sq foot!!) mentioned in the DIY Acoustics article, I found this page which details the plans for bass and mid traps.
Looks like the author has the creds and has built more than one studio. http://www.ethanwiner.com/basstrap.html

What does Home Depot call the 703 panels? I've looked at my local store but wasn't sure if what they had was equivalent to 703 or what.

If you look at the drawings accompanying that article they're based on using O-C 703 panels.

Typically Home Depot doesn't carry them, but can special order them if you need a lot (minimum 25 packages at my local H.D.).
