This is kind of maddening. I like the L6 products in general but sometimes they really reflect their budget mindedness and digitalness...anyway.
When I play a clean setting using either Pod Farm or Gearbox I get this strange distortion that enters the signal a few milliseconds after I attack the chord. It sounds like a compressor is pusshing it through but I have no compression settings on the tone set up. I've checked cords and guitars and haven't found any difference. Attached a sound sample that I hope gives you an idea. After the initial chord is struck the distortion comes it at about half the original volume.
Any ideas? Tried using the L6 forum but it's a mess over there, hard to find anything!

The file is called Line 6 test
Any feedback would be gratefully welcome.
Thanks!
