Discreet microphone placement for live recording

I have a slight dilemma: i am recording a small chamber choir and piano perform Gabriele Faure's Messa di Requiem but, as the performance is also a dinner for the board of trustees, (in the same room, immediately after) i have to place the mics where they will not be in the way of anything or anyone (and, hopefully, as invisible as possible).
The room is an acoustically marvelous wood panelled app. 50' by 30' and 30 feet tall. The performers will be placed on a balcony about 20 feet high and 10 feet from the front on the short wall.
I will be using 2 Rode NT3s and 2 ECM8000s. One of my mic stands can go up to 9 feet high and has a stereo bar attached, the rest are normal sized boom stands. Where do you recommend i set these, preferably away from the center of the room so that they are not in the sightline. Any ideas?

I would try to use one mic each for piano and choir and the other as a stereo pair for room sound. The room mics will be your main sound and the close mics can be used to balance out the sound where neccessary.

If the dinner will be going on at the same time you might want to get the mics as close to the source as possible to help hide clanging silverware and talking.
