I was trying to find the directxfiles website to see what kind of free plugs are available. But www.directxfiles.com leads you to the Cakewalk website. What's going on?

Hit the SEARCH button. You can specify FREE or COMMERCIAL plugs.

The directxfiles web site was always on the Cakewalk site. However, I found this post in their DirectX user forum. Unfortunately, it is dated from April. It appears they are not in a rush to get it back online.

We are in the process of updating and revamping our DirectX pages. Therefore, we have pulled down the DirectXfiles.com website. We will update you when we have new information. You can still download the DirectX SDK kit here. Thanks.
