I have a set of Ultra Jazz pickups that will fit inside your Mexican Jazz Bass. They are ready to solder in place. Higher output, no buzzing and deeper lows than stock. I coated the neck pickup with a clear coat to make it shine.
45 bucks plus shipping. They work just fine. Almost anything is an improvement over the stock Mexican pickups so do yourself a favor.
