Looking for the manual for this digital delay. It doesn't seem to be available on the web. Can anyone help me out with this?

That manual is still up on Digitech's site. Go here:

http://www.digitech.com/discontinued.htm

Then scroll down the page and download the file called "Time Machine". That's the manual for the RDS-1000.
