digiMAX d8 or focusrite otopre mk2 8 preamp

i was looking into gettin a digimax d8 pream p from presonus or octopre from focusrite but havent disided what pream would sound best could anone help me out and tell me what sound quality will i be getting out of these units and witch woud sound best with an m-audio sputnik mic

ohh and and on the tascam dm 3200 i was wondering how there built in preamps sounded like and what would be best if i needed the pream or if the 3200 has good preamps built in already
