Digiface...

Hello, I have a problem.
My Digiface(w/Tascam FW-1804 in ADAT1 and is connected to my laptop) can only receive 2 audio channels when it should receive 8 channels... What shall I do to get all 8 channels?
Here are my Digiface settings if it is any help.

I don't know much, but...If you're connecting the Tascam via ADAT1 to the Fireface, shouldn't the "SPDIF In" setting be set to "ADAT1"?

I think this might have nothing to do with your soundcard or drivers or control panel, simply with the settings withing your sequencer.

I was under the Impression that ADAT carried 8 Digital channels but SPDIF was a 2 Channel and that ADAT and SPDIF are 2 seperate (But simular) Protocols.....

so try setting the "SPDIF" setting to "ADAT1".....
