Don't know if anyone can help me - I'm making mix tapes and recording them with Pro Tools on the Mac - the problem is I'm using the mic jack as my input. I have recently noticed that my music is being recorded in mono. If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it.

What do you mean you are making/recording them. Are you trying to take something that has already been recorded and trying to run them through pro tools to put on cd. If so you need to set the track you are recording it into as a stereo track and that should do the trick. Oh and also make sure you have a stereo input.
