Hi all,

A while ago I promised to some ppl on this board I will post the results of my digi 002-Behringer ADA8000 purchase.

Untill now it all works great! I bought the ADA8000 this wednesday and had no problems. Hooked it up with the In and Out, and you have to set the SYNC to ADAT IN.

Sunday I am recording drums with them, I hope evetyhing works out great. The Digi recognized the BEhringer immediately. The pre amps also seem ok, a little bit noisy with low settings and they clip a bit too easy, but you can't expect miracles form a machine that incredible price. when recordingon normal levels, this seems a great and cheap way to get more inputs on the Digi!

Brett-
Thanks man. I know I was one of those few that were looking forward to your testing of the ADA8000. I would love to hear an A/B comparison of the Behringer and the 002 if you're feeling generous. Please let me know when and if you get up some samples of what you're recording this weekend! :D

PS. did i mention how much i love pro tools and all it's wonder?

I'm curious on the ADA8000 as well for my "b" preamps. Would love to know how they are.

I also use the Behringer ADA8000. Here is a song recorded using that pre.

I will be recording drums this weekend, and I will combining the Digi Pre amps with the Behringer ones. I'm curious about the results and I will let you know...

I had no problems with the ADA, everything worked fine, the pre amps sounded good without any remarks. I'll post a song once it's mixed!

coooooool. thanks brett! would love to hear a sample when you get done.
