The thread was closed before I got a chance to answer.
Also, I apologize for the confusion. I didn't realize that "Nicfit nf_chords" was the name of the plugin.
In the FX Browser (before you actually load the plugin) right-click on it and choose "Run as > Separate process" or "Run as > Dedicated process"
This should prevent it from taking down REAPER when the plugin loads.
If you still can't get it to work, do the same as above except this time right-click "Run in buggy plugin compatibility mode"
If even still it's crashing REAPER, make sure "Terminate REAPER immediately if a plugin corrupts the process heap" in Preferences/Plug-ins is unchecked.
If none of those methods work.... I'm stumped!
