Difference between the Motu 896 and the 896 HD?

The 896HD uses the sampling rate of 192Khz, while the 896 Firewire uses the sampling rate of 96Khz. Before you decide that the higher sampling rate is better, simply because it's higher, you should look at this thread.
 
In addition to adding higher sample rates, the 896HD also adds separate monitor and headphone volume adjustments, and "CueMix" (No latency monitoring) is available on all 18 input channels (the original 896 could only do two channels of zero latency monitoring).

i think the converters on the 896HD are the same on the 192HD if so...the 896HD has better converters then the 896 firewere(and i'm not just saying that cuz of higher sampling rate its actually a better converter)
