It really shook me up when I heard - my grandmother stroked twice. It is hard to speak, let alone sing after one

This might be a bit off the subject, but make sure WE all keep getting checkups and taking physicals. I found I had high blood pressure about two years ago, and that tripped me out! But I was grateful that I was diagnosed and it wasn't ignored for a long period of time.
So make sure we make Dr. visits regularly!
