Here is the 2nd cover I've made, collaborating with some people on youtube. I spent a lot of time on the mixing, and I think I need some fresh ears on this. Any criticisms would be appreciated! thanks!

My Medial player won't play that file...and I don't feel like installing QuickTime at the moment.

Can you put up a basic MP3 file instead...?

Yeah...that works better.

Overall I think the mix is solid....I'm not hearing anything obviously wrong, so it's probably just a question of personal tastes. It's not a style of music I do, so I'm not the best person to comment on it with any greater detail.
