I just installed DFH2 - After hours of learning midi mapping and assigning ins/outs, ect ect... I've decided I'd rather stick to a wav program (aka LeafDrums). I love the drum sounds DFH2 has, I just don't like the setup. Apparently, DFH2 doesn't come with the wav files - So my obvious questions is: Does anyone know how I can convert the files into wavs without having to find the wavs somewhere else?

Thanks!

It didn't put any wav files into a folder? Somewhere should be a folder full of the wavs....or try exploring the disc. I use DFHS, and it put the files in a folder under Program Files/ Toontrack/ Superior. It's over 35G on my HD.

Yeah no wav files in any folder. If you're using Superior, maybe that's why. I've heard alot more rave about DFH Superior, appose to DFH2. The whole program is only 2.4 Gigs. I would expect it to be much bigger if it included wav files. I just wasn't sure if there was an option somewhere to convert these into wavs.

nope they are there.

the app is like 300mb, the rest are the wavs :)

FYI, its nearly impossible to use the wavs, 1) because they are not labeled other than filenames like h5648Ksd*, and 2) because there are about 12 different wavs for each drum, which register as different hit velocities and locations.

nuttin like acoustic drums :)
