Delta with OTHER soundcards

ok. well i got my delta 1010 and it's BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING.
there.

but i have another soundcard, ATI, i dont wanna get rid of. it has TV viewing and other great functions, but they don't seem to play back the sound. my delta soundcard doesn't pick the sound up. anybody got any idea of what's going on? :(
 
That's odd...I have a CL Audigy II working side by side with my delta card. I'm using SONAR 5.x to record with. I don't usually use SONAR pointed at the Audigy card but I have and can if I want. I just can't use both for playback at the same time (timing/synchronization problems). My Pinnacle TV Tuner and Windows sounds are pointed at the Audigy...works fine.

Probably just a set up and/or driver problem. What recording software are you using? Could be that when you installed the new card it took over some of your pre existing settings.

Well, your ATI card isn't exactly another sound card. Im sure it has Audio in and stuff but i wouldnt say that it is a sound card. The problem is probably in your Delta 1010 Control Panel. I dont have a 1010 but my 44 allowed me to route the "Software" out to the delta and then out into my monitors.


what exactly are you trying to do anyway?
