Delta 66 with Omni breakout

Hey guys,
first time poster here, who is not very familiar with some aspects of recording but is learning steadily and has the desire to keep doing so.

So on to my question. I'm using the M-Audio Delta 66 with an Omni breakout box, and everything works fine on inputs one and two, on the front of the box. When I try and record using the line inputs 3 and 4, on the rear of the box, the sound is very low. I'm recording a single guitar at the moment, until I grab mics from the studio, and am using TS cables. I've tried setting the driver to record at different levels (i.e. +4/consumer/-10) with little result. The -10 setting seems to up the volume a little bit, but not anywhere near the volume of the front inputs.

So I'm obviously missing something, but what? Any help or knowledge would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance for any replies.
