Andy, did you try and change any of the settings in the Delta mixer panel around, just to see if it makes any sound at all? Did you plug the headphones directly into the Delta BO box? Are the outs on Pro Tools set to the Delta?

I got no more really, as I use mine differently, but initially had trouble figureing out what to send out.

Ok, well, an interesting thing just happened. I turned off the computer, then turned it on again, and it said "found new hardware", even though I already did that last time I turned it on, and it's saying Multimedia Audio controller, which isn't what it said last time, but it's also saying it doesn't have the necessary software to install it. I don't know, maybe this will tie it together if I can figure out what software I'm missing? Anyone have an idea? When I got it, it didn't come with any software, I downloaded what I needed off of the website, is there something else/does anyone have it?

The only software needed to install the Delta 44 is the Delta Drivers, nothing else (well accept Windows and DirectX).....

On my setup I have my Monitors hooked directly to the Delta 44"s Outputs 1 and 2 and I controll the Volume of the Monitors in my DAW.....

I"ve been running my delta 44 for about 8 months without any problems at all accept sometimes I have to restart the device to get it to work after routing signals but that is just a simple click of the mouse to do.....

Well I hope you get this problem sorted...

good luck

That's what I'm going to try to do once I get my monitors in, which should be tomorrow, but I'll be back at school so I won't get to try it until next weekend...

yes.....please check this...as above. (if haven't already?).
All of my delta 44 issues (I use 2), have been software related.
And the funny thing is, one minute all is ok, the next, kapoot!
Goto M-Audio, get/load the latest driver, re-boot, come back and tell us what you see.
Maybe even shift the card to a new PCI position? (This can do wonders!!)
But Don't over-look a bad/compromised driver..

SuperSpit.

Next thursday night I'll be putting in my monitors, so maybe that will do the trick (I hope :( )

Ok, I got one of my monitors home (the guy shipped them to school instead of my house, so I had to carry them.. by them i mean one because i live a mile from the station. Anyways,I plugged it into the out of the Delta 44 and it works! Thanks so much guys!! :D
