Delta 44

im planning to buy the Delta 44. my question is how can i record onto the computer in 4 separate tracks. is it possible to do it with cooledit pro or does it provide its own software.
 
It does come with some s/w, but not anything really useful.

As long as CEP lets you select which input to assign to each track, you'll be OK.

Not sure though, I use Cakewalk Guitar Tracks with my 44
 
dont use the software that comes with the delta! im using cool edit pro 2.0 with my delta its easy click on rec in gray and set the setings track one M audio delta 1/2 (L) track two M audio delta 1/2 (R) track three M audio delta 3/4 (L) track four M audio delta (R)

revamp. if you get a chance , download the demo of powertracks from pgmusic.com. lots of users use the powertracks/delta combination.
just ask the users on the powertracks forum at pg.
it will let you do 48 tracks. and is only 29 bucks.
its a superb solution for little money. ask on the forum if you think i'm lying.
some others i like are ntrack for example.
but powertracks also has an impressive midi sequencer as well as the audio recording multitracking features.
