Delta 44, Pops and Clicks.

Ok I have a Delta 44, and using Sonar. I am getting Pops and Clicks just at various times when I record, doesnt do it when I play a Mp3 or somthing like that. And I dont think I am clipping.
 
I was downloading the new W2K drivers for the Delta 44 today and I saw a downloadable fix for a very similar problem.
