Delta 44 Digital Recording System with XP?

Can the Xperts here tell me if the M Audio Delta 44 soundcard works well with XP? I need a new soundcard with 4 inputs. Here's my specs if you can recommend anything else in that price range of $250-350.
P4 1.5Ghz
256mbRam
40Gb Hd (I will upgrade to a faster drive)
Running Sonar 2 XL and Cakewalk Pro Audio 9
I don't need bells and whistles, as most all of my recording is just straight audio. I just want a good clean trouble free unit that will work with XP and Cakewalk. Thanks for your help! bOb
