hey all<
OK first off,
my setup is 4 inputs > delta > 4 outputs > thru mixer individually....
I recorded sum stuff with it, its just unsure if im doing it right....... the inputs i can either have Mono in's/outs for the 4 channels so i can monitor each channel individual or i can have stereo ins/outs so channels 1/2 and 3/4's volume goes up dependin on which channel 1/2 or 3/4 u turn up etc....

are any of the above the right way?
And what about mixing down? ive tried both the above and the mixing down's have either had something missing or being mono etc because of the above problem....... you can only choose one output for the mixdown.... so even with stereo i could only get channels 1/2

overall, i would like to know,
what the in's should be set to?
what the out puts hsould be set to?
And how i can monitor myself recording while listening to the other tracks being played back...
(the way i did that was put every channel to the stereo left output to i can monitor myself in the right. but that cant be right can it?)

Regards to anyone that helps me.....kinda of a long winded probably not wery well explained question...... :S

In the Delta Control Panel, Patchbay Router tab, select Monitor Mixer.

In the Monitor Mixer tab, you adjust the playback volume of what you're recording with the H/W In sliders, and the playback volume of what you've already recorded with the Wav Out sliders.

When you send all your outputs back to the mixer make sure you're not creating a feedback loop
