Delta 44 control panel help

I have been fighting with my Delta for some time with little help from M-Audio

Anyone here use one? If so maybe you cazn help.

Do you typically keep the control panel settings for
H/W Out 1/2
Monitor Mixer or WaveOut 1/2

Can someone explain the difference between the above 2 choices?

the Monitor Mixer lets you hear what's coming in your inputs via your outputs. this is useful for monitoring during tracking.

the WavOut is simply just the output of the wav already on the machine. it will not allow you to hear what's "incoming".


i use the Monitor Mixer when tracking, i use WavOut when mixing.
