Hello all,

I may be posting this in the wrong forum but any help is greatly appreciated! I have a Delta 44 card and I need a good/cheap (I am on a low budget) mixer. I have a 602A - Behringer but it does not provide me with four outs to go to the soundcard. I would like to get a mixer with more outs/busses but I can't seem to locate a low budget one. Many thanks for any recommendations!

How low is your budget? You could get something like an M-Audio DMP-3 (it's an outboard dual mic pre) for about $150 or so. It's got 2 microphone inputs, so you'd have 4 ins altogether. Right now I'm using it along with a berry mixer (I also use the delta44), and the dmp3 is far above the berry in sound quality. Your other options would be a bigger mixer, and berry is going to be the cheapest, or something like an audiobuddy from M-audio (can you tell I'm a fan of theirs?)

Anyway, I'd recommend the dmp3.

I use the Yamaha MG12/4 mixer with my 44. Works great. Only $196 @ musicians friend
