Delta 410, 2 outs or 4 outs??

I have been thinking about getting this card but i heard that it has 2 inputs and 8 outputs but is also called a 4X10 card. So which is it. Are they saying that is has 2 inputs but if you pan Left and Right you actually have Input 1L and 1R and Input 2L and 2R?

input 3/4 and output 9/10 are actually the digital i/o, coaxial s/pdif.
