Delta 1010LT

ok, so if i had a yamaha analogue mixing desk, the output would be analogue, im guessing. so if you have a digital soundcard, say a Delta 1010LT for example, you need an Analogue/Digital Converter, right? do most soundcards come with converters built in them, or do some come with no converters?

Delta has 6 analog RCA inputs, 2 analog XLR inputs, and 8 analog RCA outputs. It also has one digital S/PDIF input + one output, either are stereo, and midi i/o. If that's enough number-wise, than that's all you need. No converters needed.
