Delta 1010LT recording monitor problem

I have a Delta1010LT card and I am using Vegas 5.0 recording software. I'm using Analog outs 1/2 for a stereo send on playback. However when I record I can not hear what is being recorded into the monitors. It doesn't even register on the master volume.

It plays back fine though. Any suggestions?

I think you need to set the out 1 and 2 to monotor mode. It's the second radio button down from the top I believe, I dont have the manual in front of me though.

Is this in Vegas or in the Soundcard Driver?

In the sound card driver. Ill be honest I am running vegas with a 1010lt and when I first got it I about went nuts trying to figure out how to configure them together I even read the manual 5 or 6 times.
