delta 1010 with protools

I have heard that protools does not work well with the delta 1010 and I was wondering if anyone could elaborate on this and let me know if this is true. Maybe someone has used these two together and could tell me the positives and negatives of this set-up. Thanks,

I assume you mean ProTools Free?

I don't know how it works with the Delta, but the word is that it can be rather touchy. I would hop over to the Digidesign users conference. They have a ProTools Free area there that might be able to help you out.

I KNOW the Delta will not work with ProTools LE. You need Digidesign hardware in order to use it.

well, if protools won't work with the 1010, i'd think it would be pretty easy to find some other cheap software that can do what it does.

not too sure where you're coming from, but there are three free sequencers on the current special edition computer music magazine cd.
