Delta 1010 and...

I'm currently using a Delta 1010 and I would like an additional SPDIF output. Which card out there, regardless of price, will allow me to add an additional SPDIF output to my setup and allow me to output two different things (MP3's and Dolby Digital Sound), one thorugh each card, simultaneously. Any suggestions would be great!

I think the ability to use both cards simultaneously depends on your software. I don't know about any cards that offer only a spdif out, but the M-audio 2496 has spdif stereo ins and outs along with a set of stereo RCA ins and outs for $120 on newegg.com

The Delta series dont offer add on cards for spdif unless you double them up.
RME however does offer add ons.

Are there any two cards I can run simultaneously that will give me 2 digital coax outs?

The only consumer grade (i.e. somewhat affordable) souncard on the market capable of encoding a 5.1 signal and sending it out through a coax or optical output is the Soundstorm chipset built into nForce2 motherboards.
