What version of PodFarm do you have? Do you have it licensed on that computer?

That sounds like a driver issue, it happened with my brother with the same programs, except on his Mac. (I'm assuming you're using the Toneport GX or another Line6 interface)

Try this....

1. Go into Control Panel> Device Manager and remove the Line 6 driver completely.
2. UNPLUG THE LINE 6 UNIT
3. Go to Line6.com and download the most recent driver (if you installed the one from the CD it's already outdated and if you have Windows 7, it'll probably be incompatible)
4. After you installed the driver, it'll prompt you to plug in your unit.

This should fix it, if not, let me know!
