Deleting an insert in Pro Tools 10

I'm literally trying to deinstall an insert. I got rid of the program on my HD but it keeps on popping up in the Pro Tools inserts. I can start the program but all of the drum tracks are gone. It would seem that the program on deinstalled the audio and midi tracks but left itself on the computer.
I have used Windows search to find every file associated with the programm and deleted them all with CCleaner but they still pop up.

Where can I terminate the program completely?
 
I'm confused. Are you trying to remove an insert or uninstall a program? What program is it? What is your Operating System?
 
Free version of Drum Core on Pro Tools 10 on Windows 7. I want it erased from my HD completely yet PT can still load the program despite me CCleaning all of the files. All that it seems to have erased are the drum samples but not the program it self.
