I have a SL 990 Fatar keyboard; someone gave it to me for free since they had gotten a new one. They said one key on it doesn't work, which I thought wouldn't be a problem, except it turns out that key is middle 'C'.
I played around it for a while, and now G sharp is no longer working, either. Sometimes if I press the key next to one of those the dead keys will sound, but be really glitchy and skip.
I did a bunch of research, and it seemed that the rubber contacts were the problem, so I followed a guide, took it apart and cleaned out the rubber contacts. This didn't fix the problem, though.
EDIT: I fixed the G sharp key by cleaning it, and the C key will respond if pressed just right (by pressing on the rubber contact by hand). I think it's a bad positioned contact, how would I fix that?
